The app warns you when a receipt looks like one you have already recorded, and recognises your own sales invoices so they are not saved as expenses by mistake.

Create and send invoices

Create numbered English invoices with VAT, line notes, payment terms and your bank details, then download a selectable-text A4 PDF. Marking an invoice as paid records the income automatically, without double counting.

What the AI can and cannot do

AI Muhasebeci reads receipts, invoices and bank statements and suggests amounts, dates, VAT and categories. These are suggestions: you check and confirm every entry before it is saved, and you can always edit it later.

It is a record-keeping assistant, not an accountant. It does not give regulated tax advice, it is not HMRC-approved or certified, and it does not file returns with HMRC. AI-generated figures and estimates must be verified by you or a qualified accountant before you rely on them.
